1. Where is my order?

We dispatch your order using Royal Mail for United Kingdom and Ireland – you will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

For customers in United Kingdom:
Please go to www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number and postcode.

2. What happens if I am not at home to accept delivery of my items

Our Royal Mail driver will have left a card with a parcel reference number on it. With this number you can find out where your parcel is and re-arrange a delivery over the phone or through our online tracking system.

3. How can I get free shipping?

For United Kingdom there is a flat delivery fee of £2.50 for orders under the value of £9.50, and free delivery for orders of £9.50 and over.

Fore Ireland there is a flat delivery fee of £6.00 for all orders.

4. I've noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?

You will be guided through the process of ordering your first names and there are lots of checking facilities and opportunities for alterations available to you which will help you to ensure you have selected correctly before the final order confirmation stage.

5. How can I pay?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. You can also pay using PayPal.

6. Is entering my Credit Card Details online safe?

We do not store credit card details. All payments made for our products over the Internet are processed through a secure server, which means that your card details are specially encrypted before we send them to our payment provider. Check out our Privacy Policy if you'd like to find out more.

Once you are happy with an order in your shopping basket, press the checkout button. Select which payment option you would like to use. After making this selection you will be taken to a secure page to enter your credit card details. Different web browsers show the page security in different ways but you should be able to see a padlock somewhere on the screen to represent this and the URL will change from HTTP:// to HTTPS://.

To avoid the risk of computer fraud, your credit card number is not stored in our system at any point in the payment process. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.

8. Is there a limit to how many items I can order?

There is no limit to how many personalised items you may order, you will need to select the first names and how many of each item you require at the time of placing your order.

9. Can I order items and have them delivered in another country?

We are only able to delivery to United Kingdom and Ireland, and you can only get personalised goods delivered in the country you are ordering from.

10. How can I offer personalised items to someone else?

You are able to purchase items and have them delivered to your chosen address, friends or relatives.

12. How can I get an invoice?

An invoice is sent via email shortly after your order is placed. If you have any further questions or require any assistance, please contact our customer services team

13. Can you deliver the order on a specific date?

We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date – please order in good time; your order will be dispatched and delivered to your chosen address within GB 5 - 7 working days, IE 7 – 10 working days. (working days are Monday to Friday)
